Stanton Hotel - Kota Kinabalu

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and courteous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with the necessary toiletries, including shampoo and liquid soap. Moreover, we appreciated the nightstand next to the bed that had outlets for our gadgets and the mini-fridge that contained a variety of refreshments at reasonable prices. The hotel's interior decor was attractive and cozy, making for a comfortable ambiance.

The parking lot was inconvenient to navigate, and there were limited parking spaces available.

The room was clean and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The hotel was in a good location close to cafes and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing extra towels upon request.

The room had no balcony despite being advertised as having one. the air conditioning did not work properly and despite multiple complaints, it was never fully resolved.

Spacious rooms with complete amenities, high-quality sanitary equipment, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant, providing us with free transportation to the city. The room was tidy and the amenities were complete, such as the shampoo and liquid soap in the bathroom. We were impressed by the cleanliness in the hotel, including the spacious bathroom and the availability of extra towels. Moreover, the location was convenient to get a Grab.

For us, it was ideal.

They provided a free transfer from the airport to the hotel, which was a nice touch. the other city transfer they offered for free was also a great perk. the room was clean and cozy, with stylish interior decoration. We enjoyed the included breakfast, which we could choose to have delivered to our room. the building itself was also very Instagrammable.

The location was a bit hidden, far from facilities such as restaurants, convenience stores, or laundromats. the soundproofing of the rooms wasn't great, as we could hear other guests pretty clearly.

I had a wonderful stay at Stanton Hotel. The room wasnice and neat, and the bed and pillows were very cozy. The free transport to town was a convenient perk, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were helpful and pleasant, ensuring a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
